Founder House is a place for Web3 / Blockchain founders to build unicorn companies.

It is a 1-3 month residency program for founders who want to hang out with other ambitious folks and get mentoring.

Web3 Developers have been given a lot of importance and Founders who want to build sustainable companies / projects have suffered.

Ethos

Multi-chain: Web3 market is stuck in a cycle where L1/L2s enforce their ecosystems and target developers while repelling founders who want to build real products. At Founder House, we do work with chains but we do not enforce chain choice on the founders.
Founders, not developers: We love devs. But a founder has a different personality. Risk taking, delayed gratification, resilience, and the broad range of skills required to create a sustainable company / project / public goods project is much higher than what a common person has
Cut short-term rewards: It takes 5-10 years to create a large sustainable project. Blockchain industry driven by chains have messed up rewards in form of bounties, merch, international travel. Which attracts short-term thinkers who never intend to build something sustainable. The number of abandoned projects is just too high.
